Missing your 1st EMI simply means you can pay it along with your next installment. A 2nd consecutive missed EMI gives you a final chance to catch up. A 3rd consecutive missed EMI terminates the plan, and any refund is processed after the plan period with a 6% deduction as maintenance/cancellation charges.

Yes. The price is locked on your booking date and stays fixed for your entire EMI tenure, regardless of market fluctuations. You'll receive a Price Lock Certificate with your booking ID, weight, purity and locked price.

Your gold is reserved immediately upon booking and stored in fully insured locker facilities until your EMI plan completes and full payment, KYC and invoicing are done.

Once your payment is complete along with KYC and invoicing, we dispatch your gold within 7–10 working days via insured all-India delivery, or you can opt for office pickup.

Yes, each account has an annual purchase limit (in grams) set by our admin team, for example 100g/year or 500g/year. Bookings above your approved limit are automatically restricted until the limit is increased.
