By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, enrolling in any EMAP plan, or using any service provided by AurOnGold, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies published on our website.
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you must not use our website or purchase any product or service from AurOnGold.
AurOnGold reserves the right to modify, update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on www.aurongold.in, and your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, customers, nominees, and any person accessing or using AurOnGold services.

2.1 "AurOnGold", "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" means AurOnGold, having its registered office at #73, 1st Floor, Bhogadi–Gaddige Main Road, Near Trends Apartment, Maratikyatanahalli, Bhogadi, Mysuru – 570026, Karnataka, India, and includes its successors, assigns, employees, representatives, affiliates, and authorised personnel.
2.2 "Website" means the official website of AurOnGold accessible at www.aurongold.in, including any future mobile application or digital platform operated by the Company.
2.3 "Customer", "User", or "Buyer" means any individual or legal entity accessing the Website, registering an account, placing an order, enrolling in an EMAP plan, or purchasing any product or service from AurOnGold.
2.4 "Account" means the customer account created on the AurOnGold Website using a valid mobile number, email address, OTP verification, and KYC documents.
2.5 "EMAP (Easy Monthly Advance Payment)" means AurOnGold's monthly advance payment plan through which a customer purchases eligible gold products by making monthly advance payments over the selected tenure.
2.6 "Booking Date" means the date on which the customer successfully places an order and completes the first payment under the selected EMAP plan.
2.7 "Price Lock" means the locking of the gold price on the Booking Date upon successful receipt of the first EMAP payment, subject to successful order confirmation.
2.8 "Gold Product" means a 24KT (999) Fine Gold Coin or Gold Bar supplied by AurOnGold based on stock availability.
2.9 "Order" means a confirmed purchase request successfully accepted by AurOnGold after payment verification.
2.10 "Business Day" means any day excluding Sundays and public holidays on which banks and business establishments normally operate in Mysuru, Karnataka.
2.11 "Nominee" means the person nominated by the customer to receive benefits or delivery in accordance with AurOnGold policies and applicable law.
2.12 "KYC" means the Know Your Customer verification process requiring documents such as PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, and any additional documents requested by AurOnGold or required under applicable law.
2.13 "Charges" means any applicable Price Locking Charges, Secure Storage Charges, Processing Fee, Platform Convenience Fee, Service Charges, Insured Delivery Charges, GST, or any other applicable charges displayed on the Website.
2.14 "Applicable Law" means all laws, rules, regulations, notifications, circulars, and governmental directions applicable in India from time to time.
Only individuals who are 18 years of age or above and legally competent to enter into a contract under the laws of India are eligible to register and purchase products from AurOnGold.
Every customer must create an account on the AurOnGold Website before placing an order.
The customer shall register using a valid mobile number. OTP verification is mandatory before account activation.
Every customer shall complete mandatory KYC verification by submitting PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, and any additional document requested by AurOnGold or required under applicable law. AurOnGold reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate any account if the submitted documents are incomplete, inaccurate, forged, expired, or unverifiable.
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all personal details, contact information, bank account details, nominee information, and KYC documents are true, complete, and updated.
A customer shall maintain only one active account unless otherwise permitted by AurOnGold in writing.
The customer shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, OTPs, passwords, and account information. AurOnGold shall not be liable for unauthorised access resulting from the customer's negligence.
AurOnGold reserves the absolute right to reject any registration, suspend any account, or permanently terminate customer access where it believes fraud, misrepresentation, illegal activity, misuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions has occurred.
The customer agrees to comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulatory requirements while using AurOnGold services.
AurOnGold offers investment-grade 24KT (999) Fine Gold products through its official website www.aurongold.in under the Easy Monthly Advance Payment (EMAP) Scheme and other eligible purchase options introduced by the Company from time to time.
AurOnGold currently offers the following standard gold weights: 1g, 2g, 5g, 10g, 20g, 50g and 100g. AurOnGold reserves the right to add, remove, discontinue or modify any product, weight, packaging or offering without prior notice.
All gold supplied by AurOnGold shall be 24KT (999) Fine Gold. Each product shall be supplied with an authenticity certificate and/or assay certificate issued by the respective manufacturer or refinery, wherever applicable.
Gold may be supplied as a Gold Coin or Gold Bar depending on stock availability. Customers shall not have the right to demand or select a specific product form.
Product images displayed on the Website are for illustration purposes only. Design, engraving, packaging, manufacturer, refinery, dimensions and appearance may vary.
All orders are subject to stock availability. AurOnGold may supply an equivalent product of the same purity and weight, delay delivery, or cancel the order and process an eligible refund in accordance with these Terms.
Ownership of the gold product shall transfer only after completion of all payments, applicable charges, KYC verification and successful delivery.
AurOnGold shall provide an authenticity certificate or equivalent certification confirming the stated purity and weight, wherever applicable.
Gold prices displayed on the AurOnGold Website are determined by the Company based on prevailing market conditions and may change without prior notice.
The gold price shall be locked on the Booking Date immediately after successful receipt of the customer's first Easy Monthly Advance Payment (EMAP) and confirmation of the order.
Once the price is locked, the customer shall continue to pay the fixed amount displayed at the time of booking throughout the selected EMAP tenure. The locked price shall not change due to future market fluctuations.
Price Locking Charges and Secure Storage Charges are applicable as displayed on the product page at the time of booking and form part of the total order value.
Customers may pay future instalments before the due date. No discount, rebate, concession or reduction shall be provided for early payment.
If an order is cancelled under the EMAP policy or these Terms, the locked price shall automatically become invalid. Any future order shall be treated as a fresh booking.
AurOnGold reserves the right to correct or cancel orders affected by technical, pricing or typographical errors before dispatch. Eligible refunds shall be processed in accordance with the Refund Policy.
AurOnGold reserves the right to revise pricing methodology, service charges and price lock policies for future bookings without affecting orders where the price has already been validly locked.
AurOnGold offers an Easy Monthly Advance Payment (EMAP) Scheme that enables customers to purchase eligible 24KT (999) Fine Gold products by making monthly advance payments over a selected tenure. The gold price is locked on the Booking Date in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
AurOnGold currently offers 12-Month EMAP and 24-Month EMAP plans. The Company reserves the right to introduce, modify, suspend or discontinue any plan for future bookings.
A booking is confirmed only after successful account registration, KYC verification, receipt of the first EMAP payment, payment gateway confirmation and acceptance by AurOnGold.
Customers shall pay the monthly EMAP amount on or before the due date using the payment methods available on the Website.
Customers may pay future instalments early. However, the total order value, charges and price lock shall remain unchanged and no discount or rebate shall be provided.
Customers may skip a maximum of two monthly payments. All skipped payments must be cleared before completion of the selected EMAP tenure.
If more than two payments are missed, the EMAP is not completed within the selected tenure, or these Terms are materially breached, AurOnGold may automatically cancel the order.
Upon automatic cancellation, AurOnGold may deduct up to 5% of the total order value as cancellation and administrative charges. The eligible balance shall be refunded within 7 working days after completion of the original EMAP tenure.
EMAP plans are personal to the registered customer and cannot be transferred, assigned or pledged.
Customers may register one nominee, subject to AurOnGold verification requirements.
Payments shall be processed through Cashfree Payments or any other payment gateway authorised by AurOnGold.
Payments are treated as successful only after confirmation from the payment gateway and credit to AurOnGold.
The total order amount may include Gold Value, GST on Gold, Price Locking Charges, Secure Storage Charges, Processing Fee, Platform Convenience Fee, Service Charges, Insured Delivery Charges and GST on applicable service charges.
AurOnGold currently charges 12% towards Price Locking and Secure Storage. These charges are fixed at the time of booking.
AurOnGold currently charges an aggregate 8% towards Processing Fee, Platform Convenience Fee, Service Charges and Insured Delivery Charges.
GST shall be charged as applicable under Indian law. At present, 3% GST applies to the Gold Value and 18% GST applies to applicable service-related charges.
Cash payments exceeding the limit prescribed under applicable Indian law shall not be accepted.
AurOnGold reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order where payment is dishonoured, reversed, disputed or remains unpaid.
Customers are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes, duties and statutory charges.
A tax invoice shall be generated after successful payment confirmation.
The customer may request cancellation of an EMAP order through the AurOnGold Website or by contacting AurOnGold Customer Support, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation shall be processed only after verification of the customer's identity, KYC details, payment history and order status. AurOnGold may request additional documents before processing a cancellation request.
AurOnGold reserves the right to automatically cancel any order if the customer fails to complete the EMAP within the selected tenure, misses more than two monthly payments, fails KYC verification, reverses or disputes payments, commits fraud, violates these Terms, or where required by law.
AurOnGold may deduct up to 5% of the total order value towards cancellation and administrative charges. Government taxes and any non-refundable charges may also be deducted where applicable.
After applicable deductions, the eligible refund amount shall be transferred only to the customer's verified bank account or original payment source.
Eligible refunds shall normally be processed within 7 working days after completion of the original EMAP tenure, subject to banking, payment gateway and regulatory processing.
Refunds shall not be made in cash and shall be credited only through approved banking channels.
No interest, compensation or additional amount shall be payable on refunded amounts unless required by applicable law.
Gold shall be delivered only after completion of all EMAP payments, payment of applicable charges, successful KYC verification and delivery confirmation.
AurOnGold currently delivers only within India, subject to courier serviceability and applicable legal restrictions.
Gold products shall normally be delivered within 7–10 business days after successful completion of the order. Earlier delivery may be attempted where operationally possible.
All deliveries shall be dispatched through insured courier services. The cost of insured delivery forms part of the applicable service charges unless otherwise specified.
Customers may provide an emergency contact for delivery coordination. AurOnGold reserves the right to complete identity verification before handing over the product.
Until delivery, purchased gold may be stored at AurOnGold's Head Office or authorised secure storage facility in Mysuru.
AurOnGold may hold the purchased gold for up to 15 calendar days after completion of the EMAP tenure while delivery arrangements are completed.
Ownership of the gold passes to the customer only after completion of all payments, applicable charges, KYC verification and successful delivery.
The risk of loss or damage remains with AurOnGold until delivery to the customer or authorised recipient. Thereafter the risk passes to the customer.
AurOnGold shall not be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government actions, transportation disruptions, strikes, technical failures or other events beyond its reasonable control.
AurOnGold may accept the return of eligible gold products only in accordance with this Return & Buyback Policy. The returned product must be genuine, untampered and originally supplied by AurOnGold.
AurOnGold reserves the right to verify the product authenticity, purity, weight, serial number (where applicable), certificate of authenticity, original invoice and product condition before accepting any return.
The buyback value shall be determined based on the prevailing online gold price adopted by AurOnGold on the date of successful verification.
AurOnGold may deduct 3% to 5% of the applicable buyback value towards administrative expenses, testing, verification, handling, logistics and other operational costs.
AurOnGold does not provide product exchange facilities. Purchased gold products cannot be exchanged for another product, different weight, jewellery or any other item.
Products that are damaged, altered, melted, modified, tampered with or missing their certificate, invoice or original packaging may not qualify for return or buyback.
After successful verification and acceptance, the eligible buyback amount shall normally be credited to the customer's registered bank account within 7 working days.
AurOnGold's decision regarding verification, buyback eligibility, deductions and final settlement shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law.
Every customer must complete KYC before placing an order or receiving delivery. Mandatory documents include PAN Card and Aadhaar Card. AurOnGold may request additional documents where required by law.
AurOnGold reserves the right to verify all customer documents through authorised verification systems or government-approved mechanisms.
Submission of false, forged, misleading, expired or incorrect information may result in rejection of registration, suspension of the account, cancellation of the order, withholding of delivery and reporting to competent authorities where required by law.
Customers shall provide accurate information, update their details, maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and OTPs, make payments on time and comply with all applicable Indian laws.
AurOnGold reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in fraud, identity theft, unauthorised payment activity, money laundering, misuse of promotional offers, referral abuse or any activity harmful to AurOnGold or its customers.
Cash payments exceeding the limit prescribed under applicable Indian law shall not be accepted.
AurOnGold values customer privacy and shall not sell or knowingly disclose customer information except where required by law, for payment processing, courier services, KYC verification or with the customer's consent.
OTP verification is mandatory for registration, login and other security-sensitive activities. Customers are responsible for keeping OTPs confidential.
Customers shall comply with all applicable laws including taxation, anti-money laundering requirements and consumer protection laws.
AurOnGold reserves the right to request additional documents, conduct further verification, suspend services or reject transactions whenever necessary to comply with applicable law or protect its legitimate business interests.
AurOnGold may introduce a Referral Programme from time to time allowing eligible customers to refer new customers through referral links, codes or other approved methods. Participation is voluntary and subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Only registered AurOnGold customers with verified accounts may participate. AurOnGold reserves the right to determine eligibility.
Eligible customers may receive cash rewards, gift vouchers, gift articles, promotional discounts, cashback, reward points or other benefits announced by AurOnGold. Such benefits are available only when specifically offered.
AurOnGold may cancel referral rewards or suspend accounts where fake accounts, self-referrals, multiple accounts, fraud or misuse is detected.
AurOnGold may introduce festive, anniversary, seasonal, cashback or other promotional campaigns at its sole discretion for limited periods.
Each promotional offer may have separate terms. AurOnGold may modify, suspend or discontinue any offer without prior notice.
Each registered customer may nominate one nominee, subject to verification.
Nomination does not automatically transfer ownership of the gold. Delivery or settlement to the nominee shall be subject to verification and applicable law.
AurOnGold's decision regarding referral eligibility, promotional benefits and nominee verification shall be final, subject to applicable law.
AurOnGold is committed to protecting customer privacy and handling personal information responsibly in accordance with applicable law.
AurOnGold may collect customer details including name, mobile number, email, address, PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, nominee details, transaction history and other information necessary to provide services.
Customer information may be used for account creation, KYC verification, order processing, payment processing, delivery, customer support, fraud prevention, legal compliance and communication.
AurOnGold shall not sell customer personal information. Information may be shared only with payment gateway providers, courier partners, KYC agencies, government authorities where legally required, courts or authorised service providers.
Online payments are currently processed through Cashfree Payments or any other authorised payment gateway selected by AurOnGold.
OTP verification is mandatory for registration, login, password reset and other security-sensitive activities.
AurOnGold implements reasonable security measures to protect customer information. However, no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
AurOnGold may use cookies and analytics technologies to improve website functionality and user experience.
Customers are responsible for protecting their login credentials, passwords and OTPs.
The AurOnGold Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
All content on the AurOnGold Website, including the name, logo, trademarks, product descriptions, software, website design, graphics, images, videos, text, icons, source code, databases and documents are the exclusive property of AurOnGold or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
AurOnGold grants customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Website only for lawful purposes related to AurOnGold services. No ownership rights are transferred.
Customers shall not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, create derivative works, use AurOnGold trademarks without permission, remove proprietary notices or duplicate the Website.
Customers shall use the Website only for lawful purposes and shall not upload malware, hack systems, misuse payment facilities, provide false information or violate applicable laws.
AurOnGold may suspend, restrict or terminate Website access without prior notice if prohibited activities are detected.
AurOnGold is not responsible for the content, products, services or privacy practices of third-party websites linked from the Website.
AurOnGold does not guarantee uninterrupted Website availability. Maintenance, upgrades or technical issues may temporarily affect access.
Customers should promptly report suspected fraud, misuse, intellectual property infringement or security vulnerabilities to AurOnGold.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AurOnGold shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from the use of the Website or services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, AurOnGold's total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the relevant order.
Customers are responsible for protecting their account credentials, passwords, OTPs, payment information and registered devices. AurOnGold is not responsible for losses caused by customer negligence.
AurOnGold shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control including natural disasters, fire, floods, pandemics, war, government actions, strikes, transport disruptions, internet outages, payment gateway failures or similar unforeseen events.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless AurOnGold, its directors, employees, affiliates and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties and reasonable legal costs arising from misuse of the Website, fraud, breach of these Terms or violation of applicable law.
Failure by AurOnGold to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of its rights.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
Clauses relating to liability, indemnity, confidentiality, intellectual property and dispute resolution shall survive termination of the customer relationship where applicable.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. All transactions shall be subject to applicable laws, rules and regulations.
Both parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably through mutual discussions before initiating legal proceedings.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, either party may pursue remedies available under applicable law before a competent court or authority.
The courts at Mysuru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to the Website, products, services or these Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable law.
AurOnGold may comply with any lawful order, notice or direction issued by a government authority, court or regulatory body.
Claims shall be brought within the period prescribed under applicable law.
Each party shall ordinarily bear its own legal costs unless otherwise directed by a competent court or required by law.
These Terms & Conditions are binding on customers, their legal representatives, permitted successors, nominees (where applicable) and AurOnGold.
AurOnGold reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The latest version will be published on the Website.
Continued use of the Website or services after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
AurOnGold may communicate through email, SMS, WhatsApp, Website notifications, the customer dashboard or other registered communication methods.
Customers must keep their registered mobile number, email address and address accurate and updated.
